The sheer number of candidates running for the Indiana 5th would be enough to charecterize it as a pure circus. 7 candidates? One of which, Ann B. Adcook, is a complete mystery to everyone except, hopefully, her family and maybe friends.
Another wonderful article that caught my interest is this one from Hoosier Pundit: http://hoosierpundit.blogspot.com/2010/02/random-thought_23.html
Apparently, Zach Main is a campaign team member for Luke Messer pretending to be an ‘independent voice’.
The creator of the site, a Mr. Brian Jessen, has also written some harsh articles about other candidates while praising the integrity of Luke Messer. Coincidentally, Brian Jessen’s name appears on a 10/19 press release which is a list of Messer Supporters.
I’m not against these two supporting Messer or even writing about it in a blog. However, it does lack honesty and credibility when they so under the guise of an ‘unbiased’ voice.
Sites like Hoosier Access are wonderful because atleast it maintains a certain decorum of truthfulness.
I hope Luke Messer is an honest candidate. He seems like a decent guy. However, Zach Main and Brian Jessen could use a lesson in integrity.

Hey guys. I’m not sure I have ever put myself out there as an “unbiased” voice, but I appreciate the compliment!
On Indiana’s Conservative Hardball, I simply put forth my opinions as I see things… And I also put my money (and time) where my mouth is.
For the record, I do find it humorous that a blog run by Dan Burton’s “Director of New Media,” and which writes attack pieces against Burton opponents, would attack another blog for showing favoritism toward a particular candidate…
And for the record, I hold no position on the Messer Team other than “15 year friend of the candidate.”
